By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these terms and by our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy listings, or use automated tools to access the Site in a way that burdens our infrastructure.
- Republish or resell directory content as a competing database or lead list.
- Use contact details from listings to send unsolicited marketing, spam, or robocalls.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, interfere with its operation, or introduce malicious code.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
The site design, text, and compiled listings are protected by intellectual property laws. We may block access if these terms are violated.
3. Listings disclaimerPermalink to this section
ApplianceRepairListing is a directory, not an appliance repair company. We do not perform repairs, dispatch technicians, guarantee work, or act as an agent, broker, or partner of any listed business.
Listing details — company names, phone numbers, addresses, service areas, hours, ratings, licensing, insurance, certifications, brands, and years in business — come from public sources or from the businesses themselves. Any of it may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Being listed here is not an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty.
You are responsible for your own due diligence. Before hiring anyone, independently verify licensing and insurance with the appropriate state or local authority, confirm pricing in writing, and get a written estimate. Any agreement you enter into with a listed business is strictly between you and that business.
4. Business ownersPermalink to this section
If you submit or claim a listing, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. We may edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion. To request a correction or removal, email hello@districtappliancerepair.com.
5. Content you submitPermalink to this section
When you send us listing information, corrections, descriptions, images, or any other material for publication, you keep ownership of it and you grant ApplianceRepairListing a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, publish, and distribute that material as part of the directory, for as long as the listing remains published.
You represent that you have the right to send us what you send, and that publishing it will not infringe anyone else’s rights or breach any obligation you owe. Do not send us anything confidential — the purpose of a listing is publication. You may ask us to remove material you submitted at any time by emailing hello@districtappliancerepair.com.
6. Advertising disclaimerPermalink to this section
The Site runs ads from third-party networks, including Google AdSense. Ads are labeled and are not editorial content. We do not endorse advertised products, we do not control advertiser claims, and we are not responsible for anything you buy from an advertiser.
Buying ad space does not move a company up in the directory or change how listings are displayed. We may earn compensation from affiliate or referral links — this does not change what you pay. See our privacy policy for how ad cookies work.

The Site links to third-party websites, phone numbers, and map services. We do not control those destinations and take no responsibility for their content, accuracy, or practices. You visit them at your own risk.
8. Copyright and takedown requestsPermalink to this section
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material on the Site infringes a copyright you own or control, email hello@districtappliancerepair.comwith “copyright” in the subject line and include:
- Identification of the work you say has been infringed.
- The exact address of the material on this Site that you want removed.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplianceRepairListing and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, property, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or your dealings with any listed business or advertiser — including damage caused by defective repair work, overcharging, property damage, or personal injury.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ApplianceRepairListing and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
